Meet Our Founders

Here’s a quick look at the four visionary founders who brought Silent Assassins 7 on 7 to life:

Demetrius, a St. Louis native and one of the four co-owners of Silent Assassins, is deeply immersed in the world of football. He and his wife, Chelsea, are parents to four daughters and two sons, with the boys following in their father's footsteps and sharing his passion for the sport.

Demetrius's football journey has seen him play with teams such as the Midwest Assailants and the Joplin Crusaders. His coaching experience includes stints with Webb City Youth Football and the 4-State Tribe, where he has derived great satisfaction from witnessing the development and progress of young players throughout the season. Now, as an owner with Silent Assassins, Demetrius remains dedicated to keeping kids active in football during the spring and expanding the reach of 7-on-7 football across the four-state area.

Chris, a native of the Cedar-Riverside neighborhood in Minneapolis, MN, is a dedicated coach and one of the four co-owners of Silent Assassins. His passion for working with and mentoring youth began in his teenage years when he first assisted with his high school and local community center teams. Chris has extensive experience coaching both basketball and football, having spent several years honing his skills and shaping young athletes. His true passion lies in coaching youth football, a role he has embraced for the past six years with various local organizations. He is deeply committed to challenging and inspiring young players to excel both on and off the field.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Chris has been happily married for nearly 15 years and is the proud father of four boys. His family life reflects his dedication to nurturing and supporting youth, a value he brings to his coaching philosophy. At Silent Assassins, Chris is focused on expanding the reach of 7-on-7 football in the four-state area. His goal is to provide a dynamic and engaging platform for young athletes to stay active and develop their skills between fall tackle seasons. Through his work with Silent Assassins, Chris aims to foster a love for the game and support the growth of youth sports in his community.

Nathan, co-owner of Silent Assassins, brings a strategic and forward-thinking approach to youth football. A native of southwest Missouri, Nathan has a strong connection to the region and returned to it after gaining diverse experiences elsewhere. As the newest member of the Silent Assassins team to youth football, he has quickly demonstrated a profound passion for the game and a strong dedication to player development.

In addition to his contributions to Silent Assassins, Nathan successfully manages his own business. Outside of his professional and coaching responsibilities, he has a keen interest in automotive restoration, enjoys spending quality time with his family—particularly his son, who is an active member of the Silent Assassins team—and appreciates various outdoor activities. Nathan envisions significant growth for Silent Assassins, with a focus on helping each player achieve their highest potential.

Courtney, the fourth owner of Silent Assassins, has deep roots in Southwest Missouri, though her journey has taken her to the University of Georgia and beyond. Married for nearly 15 years, she is the proud mother of four boys, aged 6 to 15. Behind the scenes, Courtney shines at devising and executing strategies that drive the organization toward its objectives, finding great satisfaction in the seamless execution of her plans.

Currently working from home as a business consultant while pursuing a second degree, Courtney is passionate about meticulous planning and ensuring every detail falls into place, whether for small projects or large-scale endeavors. She also enjoys planning family vacations and spending quality time with her loved ones. Courtney’s vision for Silent Assassins is to foster an environment where both the organization and its athletes can thrive, supporting them in reaching their academic, athletic, and personal aspirations
